Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

• Mantic Truths ships within Canada only.
• Orders must include a valid Canadian residential or business address.
• We may be unable to ship to certain addresses that are restricted by carrier availability or security considerations
  (including some remote locations). If we cannot ship your order, we will contact you with available options.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
• In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

Available shipping methods, carriers, and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates may vary
based on destination, weather, peak shipping periods, and carrier service conditions.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Province & Territory Delivery Notes (Remote & Northern Canada)

We deliver across Canada; however, remote, rural, and Northern destinations may experience longer transit times.
Additional carrier surcharges may apply in some cases (shown at checkout where available).

• Northern & Remote Regions: Deliveries to Northern communities and remote routes may take longer than standard
  estimates due to limited carrier frequency and weather conditions.
• British Columbia (BC): Remote coastal/island communities and some rural routes may require additional transit time.
• Alberta (AB) & Saskatchewan (SK): Rural routes may experience carrier scheduling delays during peak periods and
  winter conditions.
• Manitoba (MB): Remote northern routes may require extended delivery windows.
• Ontario (ON): Northern Ontario and remote postal codes may have extended transit times versus southern urban centres.
• Québec (QC): Remote regions may require longer transit times; some addresses may be serviced through alternate carrier
  networks depending on location.
• Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PE, NL): Island/coastal communities and Newfoundland & Labrador outports may experience
  extended delivery timelines.
• Territories (YT, NT, NU): Deliveries often require significantly longer timelines due to limited service frequency,
  seasonal constraints, and weather. Please allow extra time beyond the checkout estimate.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout and may vary based on order value, destination, and selected shipping method.
Promotional or complimentary shipping offers, if available, will be clearly stated at checkout and may change without notice.

Unless required by law, shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Carrier tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after
dispatch.

7. Delivery & Signature

• Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.
• If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may leave a notice, attempt redelivery, or hold the parcel for pickup in accordance
  with their policies.
• Mantic Truths is not responsible for delays caused by missed delivery attempts or carrier holds.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information at checkout.

• Orders returned or delayed due to an incorrect/incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping fees.
• Mantic Truths is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by address errors provided at checkout.

9. Pre-Orders & Split Shipments (Alignment)

If your order contains a pre-order item, shipping will occur when the pre-order item is ready for dispatch.
Estimated pre-order ship dates are provided on the product page for reference only and are not guarantees.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship:

• All items together when the pre-order item is ready, or
• In separate shipments (for example, dispatching in-stock items first).

Where split shipments occur, tracking details will be provided for each parcel.

10. Returns Shipping (Alignment)

For authorized returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
or a verified defect. We recommend using a trackable, insured method. Mantic Truths is not responsible for lost or damaged return
shipments.

Pre-order items are typically final sale, subject to your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Please refer to
our Returns Policy and Pre-Order Policy for full terms.

11. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact
[email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant
photos. We will assist with carrier inquiries and available remedies in accordance with applicable law.

12. Delays & Force Majeure

Mantic Truths is not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation)
carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, labour disruptions, or government actions.

13. Canadian Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
Where such rights apply, Mantic Truths will comply fully with its legal obligations.
